The Blue Door’s new Navigators Project helps individuals aged 11-35 in North & North East Lincolnshire who come through to A&E with violence-related injuries (family, partner, community violence, or sexual assault).
Navigators will design personalised support plans, connecting those individuals to services and providing follow-up care after discharge.
