Ensuring that people and families are able to access food and household provisions to enable them to live well is a priority in North East Lincolnshire. Local stakeholders want to better coordinate how food is sourced and shared, so that over time fewer people are having to rely on free food or food parcels.

The successful post holder will be supported to understand and map the supply and demand for food in the borough, minimise waste and work to identify steps which enable people to increase their self-sufficiency. You should have strong people skills and preferably experience of working in communities or supporting people to create sustainable solutions in challenging circumstances.
